Robotnik imprisons a satirical cartoonist for making fun of him in his comic book, much to the chagrin of his biggest fan Sonic, who purposely allows his own capture as well, but does not expect to be placed in a maximum-security jail cell. Robotnik angrily sends Sonic in the cell for interfering with his plans once again.
